The following Vicariates Forane are hereby erected and all previously-existing Vicariates Forane (deaneries) are hereby suppressed:
- Columbia North Vicariate to include the parishes of All Saints (Berlin), St. Mary Help of Christians (Briggsville), Our Lady of the Lake (Green Lake), Holy Family (Kingston and Markesan), St. John the Baptist (Montello), St. James (Neshkoro), St. Mary (Portage), St. Thomas (Poynette), St. John the Baptist (Princeton), Blessed Trinity (Dane and Lodi), St. Andrew (Buffalo), St. Mary (Pardeeville), St. Jerome (Columbus), St. Patrick (Doylestown), St. Joseph (Rio), Good Shepherd (Westfield).
- East Dane Vicariate to include the parishes of St. Patrick (Cottage Grove), St. Olaf (DeForest), St. Joseph (East Bristol), Christ the King (McFarland), Holy Mother of Consolation (Oregon), Sacred Hearts (Sun Prairie), St. Albert (Sun Prairie), St. Ann (Stoughton).
- Grant Vicariate to include the parishes of St. Patrick (Benton), St. Mary (Bloomington), St. Charles Borromeo (Cassville), Corpus Christi (Avoca, Boscobel, Clyde, and Muscoda), St. Rose of Lima (Cuba City), Holy Ghost (Dickeyville), St. Mary Help of Christians (Glen Haven), St. Francis de Sales (Hazel Green), SS. - Rock-Green Vicariate to include the parishes of Our Lady of Assumption (Beloit), St. Jude (Beloit), St. Thomas the Apostle (Beloit), St. Pius X (Cambridge), St. Stephen (Clinton), St. Joseph (Edgerton), St. Paul (Evansville), St. Augustine (Footville), Nativity of St. Mary (Janesville), St. John Vianney (Janesville), St. Patrick (Janesville), St. William (Janesville), St. Mary (Milton), St. Clare of Assisi (Broadhead and Monroe), St. Francis of Assisi (Albany and Belleville).
- Sauk Vicariate to include the parishes of St. Joseph (Baraboo), Holy Cross (Mazomanie and Mill Creek), Holy Family (LaValle), St. Boniface (Lime Ridge), St. Patrick (Loreto), St. Luke (Plain), Sacred Heart (Reedsburg), St. Norbert (Roxbury), St. John (Spring Green), Divine Mercy (Sauk City and Merrimac), St. Cecilia (Wisconsin Dells).
- West Dane Vicariate to include the parishes of St. Francis (Cross Plains), St. Mary (Pine Bluff), St. Christopher (Paoli and Verona), St. Peter (Ashton), St. Martin of Tours (Martinsville), St. Ignatius (Mt. Horeb), Holy Redeemer (Perry), St. John the Baptist (Waunakee), St. Mary of the Lake (Westport).
The following priests are hereby appointed to the office of Vicar Forane in the newly-erected Vicariates Forane listed above, for a period of five years, subject to canon 554 and particular law:
