Baraboo parish to host men’s retreat

BARABOO — On Saturday, Jan. 25, St. Joseph Parish in Baraboo will be hosting a one-day men’s retreat entitled, “A Courageous Heart.” This year’s featured speaker is Fr. James Kubicki, S.J., the national director of the Apostleship of Prayer and regular contributor on Relevant Radio.

Other activities during the day will include Mass, additional speakers, small group discussion, the Rosary, Confession, and snow football (snow permitting). The retreat will take place at Oak Park Place located at 800 Waldo St. The retreat begins with Mass at 8 a.m., and concludes by 3:30 p.m.

To register, contact Becky Thompson at St. Joseph Parish office by calling 608-356-5353 or emailing [email protected] The cost is $40 and includes continental breakfast and a grilled-steak lunch. Financial assistance is available.
