Your contributions to the Diocese of Madison’s Annual Catholic Appeal (ACA) provide critical support for so many programs and services that just wouldn’t be possible without your generosity — thank you!

As one of the recipients of your ACA dollars, Camp Gray has grown into one of the premier Catholic camp and retreat center destinations in the nation.

Situated on 225 beautifully wooded acres between Reedsburg and Baraboo and home to robust summer programs for students in grades two to 12, Camp Gray consistently has waiting lists for many of its week-long summer sessions.

High school seniors and recent graduates can also apply to attend one of two three-week long “Leaders in Training” summer programs which challenge participants to grow into new roles at camp as they learn servant leadership skills that can be used for the rest of their lives.

Beyond summer camp

Camp Gray’s mission of providing spiritual enrichment in a glorious natural setting extends well beyond summer camp.

The year-round retreat center provides access to programs and even rental opportunities for visitors of all ages.

Retreats at Camp Gray are facilitated on everything from confirmation to team building and spiritual growth. Time away at Camp offers retreatants a respite from the busyness of the world.

Camp Gray’s comfortable, natural surroundings beckon first-time and repeat visitors alike, appealing to those looking to awaken their spiritual senses either through relaxation or exploration.

Lodging, meeting space, and food service facilities are all available, leaving a lasting impression on all who come to experience this fun and vibrant Catholic community – a true treasure of the Diocese of Madison.

Ready to accept the invitation?

We again thank all of those who supported, prayed for, and made a gift to the 2022 ACA as your generosity helps allow important Diocesan priorities like Camp Gray continue their positive impact on so many lives.

Camp Gray invites you to encounter Jesus Christ in all creation, and be challenged to ever more deeply know, love, and serve God and neighbor.
