Appointments — Parish Merger (5-10-2025)
Very Rev. Tait Schroeder, Vicar General, announces the following clergy appointments, effective Saturday, May 10, 2025, and announced the same day, based on the merger of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish,
St. Jude Parish, and St. Thomas the Apostle Parish all in Beloit and St. Stephen Parish in Clinton to become Queen of Martyrs Parish, as decreed by Most Rev. Donald Hying, Bishop of Madison:

The Diocese of Madison has announced the merger of a new parish — Queen of Martyrs — as of May 10.
This unites the church communities of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, St. Jude Parish, and St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, all in Beloit, and St. Stephen Parish in Clinton.
