CDMF looks to the future with rebrand

The Catholic Diocese of Madison Foundation (CDMF) provides grants, charitable distributions, and financial support to various parishes, schools, and nonprofits throughout the Diocese of Madison.

Many of the funds that support these great works are established by individuals who wish to make a lasting, faith-based difference in their communities.

Recently, the CDMF has initiated efforts focused on rebranding and building awareness of the Foundation. This will include an overhaul of the logo, website, and social media presence.

This new initiative is poised to set the CDMF on a path to the future, while increasing understanding of the impact that the CDMF makes in our community.

In 2024, the CDMF distributed more than $4 million throughout the diocese to many of our parishes, schools, and nonprofit ministries and to support development of vocations.

The CDMF also grew to more than $80 million in assets under management.

The hope is that through a rebranding effort and an increased focus on social media presence, awareness of the millions of dollars that are distributed into the community each year will be increased.

The crux of the rebranding effort is to showcase the impact that the CDMF makes in the Diocese of Madison. The millions of dollars that are distributed are not merely numbers on paper, but they make a concrete and tangible impact on the lives of those in our diocese.

This impact ranges from funding tuition for our seminarians and supporting our Catholic schools, to parish maintenance, various pastoral ministries, and many Catholic nonprofit organizations across the diocese.

And of course, while the CDMF works to grow and distribute these funds, the real heroes are the individuals and institutions that choose to start funds with the CDMF. These are the people who are truly building a sustainable future for our amazing Catholic faith all across the Diocese of Madison. They are choosing to donate funds which will then support critical needs both now and well into the future.

The money that is used to start a fund now will grow and permanently fund our Diocese’s parishes, schools, nonprofits, and much more. They are truly funding the future of the Church.

If you are interested in starting an endowment fund of your own to fund the future of the Catholic church in the Diocese of Madison, please visit diocesemadisonfoundation.org or give us a call at 608-821-3048.

Please also consider asking your parish priest if he has considered starting an endowment fund with the CDMF.

We would be happy to help in any way possible as we work together to serve Christ and His Church.
