CAMPBELLSPORT — School Sister of St. Francis Imeldine Bohlinger (Lorine) died March 17, 2008, at St. Joseph Convent in Campbellsport. The daughter of Fred and Mary Bohlinger, she was born May 17, 1917, in Waumandee. She was received into the School Sisters of St. Francis June 13, 1934, and made first profession of vows August 19, 1936, and final (perpetual) vows August 8, 1942.
Sister Imeldine lived her religious ministry in Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, and South Dakota. In the Diocese of Madison Sister Imeldine served as homemaker at St. Charles Convent in Cassville (1954-1956 and 1971-1972) and at St. Mary Convent in Kieler (1960-1964).
A wake and Funeral Mass took place on March 24 at St. Joseph Convent in Campbellsport. Interment followed at Sisters’ Cemetery in Campbellsport.
