Msgr. James Bartylla, Vicar General, announces the following priest appointments made by Most Reverend Donald J. Hying, Bishop of Madison, effective as stated below, and announced Saturday February 17:
- Rev. Fr. Shravan Kumar Allam, to chaplain, University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics and UnityPoint Health Meriter Hospital, effective February 21, 2024, per canon 565, from the Diocese of Warangal (India).
- Rev. Fr. Stephen Young Woo Nam, to chaplain, part-time ministry to the Madison Korean Catholic community, per canon 565, effective March 1, 2024, from the Archdiocese of Seoul (South Korea), while remaining in full-time ministry at St. Mary Magdalen Parish, Milwaukee, as an extern priest serving in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
