FORT ATKINSON — On Sunday, July 12, St. Joseph School’s Home and School Association will host its sixth annual golf outing at the Koshkonong Mounds Country Club, W7670 Koshkonong Mounds Rd. Registration is at 11:30 a.m. with shotgun start at 1 p.m. Golfing is $35 for members and $75 for non members. Registration forms are available at St. Joseph School and at the Scrip table in the gathering space.

Equine soccer comes to Fort Atkinson
For students at St. Joseph School in Fort Atkinson, it’s not unusual to look outside and see a soccer game taking place on the field next to the school.
Rosary Crusades scheduled
FORT ATKINSON/GREEN LAKE — Area residents are invited to participate in the 2014 Public Square Rosary Crusade to be held in Green Lake and Fort Atkinson.
They are part of over 12,000 rallies to be held on the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 11 and 12, throughout the country.
New worship schedule for Fort Atkinson and Palmyra
FORT ATKINSON/PALMYRA — St. Joseph Parish in Fort Atkinson and St. Mary Parish in Palmyra will have a new weekend worship schedule effective the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, July 5 and 6.
The new schedule is:
- Saturday: 5 p.m. Mass at St. Joseph; 7 p.m. Mass in Spanish at St. Joseph
- Sunday: 7 a.m. Mass at St. Joseph; 8:45 a.m. Mass at St. Mary; 10:30 a.m. Mass at St. Joseph
St. Joseph students win big in math competition
FORT ATKINSON — Several students from St. Joseph School in Fort Atkinson were among the nearly 150,000 students worldwide to participate this year in the Math Olympiad program.
They participated in a series of five monthly contests of five problems each, from November to March, and weekly practice sessions under the supervision and coaching of parent volunteers.
The children were asked to solve unusual and difficult problems by applying math principles, logic, and by thinking creatively.
