On Tuesday, March 31, 2009, Catholics from around the state will meet at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in Madison for Catholics at the Capitol 2009.
The Wisconsin Catholic Conference (WCC), the public policy voice of Wisconsin’s bishops, has written the head executives of three Madison health care agencies to express its strong opposition to the reported plan to perform abortions at the Madison Surgery Center.
John Huebscher, executive director of the Wisconsin Catholic Conference (WCC); Kim Wadas, associate director of the WCC; and Susanna Herro, diocesan director of Justice and Pastoral Outreach, will present “Forming Consciences for Faithful Citizenship” at the following locations. All are welcome to attend.
