On October 8, 2009May 30, 2024
--

DURWARD’S GLEN — A silent Ignatian women’s retreat, with spiritual exercises preached by the Priests of Miles Christi, begins at Durward’s Glen on Friday, Oct. 23, with registration at 4 p.m. The retreat continues through Sunday Mass ending by 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 25.

The fee for this three-day retreat is $175 and includes the retreat house rental, room and board, meals, and a minimum travel expense for the preachers.

The retreat includes Mass, Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction, visits to the Blessed Sacrament, Rosary, Confession, and optional personal conferences with the priests.

The spiritual exercises of St. Ignatius have affected the lives of thousands of people throughout history, including saints such as St. Charles Borromeo, St. Francis de Sales, and St. Teresa of Jesus.
