MADISON — The Diocese of Madison Office of Worship announces various workshops to be held this summer.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion:
• Wednesday, June 15 — Bishop O’Connor Catholic Center, 702 S. High Point Rd., Madison, 7 to 8:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, Aug. 31 –Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Church, 221 Columbus St., Sun Prairie, 7 to 8:30 p.m.
• Saturday, Oct. 8 — St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 602 Everglade Dr., Madison, 9 to 10:30 a.m.• Thursday, Jan. 26, 2017 — Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, 401 S. Owen Dr., Madison, 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Other workshops
Two sessions entitled “Understanding the Mass Propers” is being held at the Bishop O’Connor Catholic Center on Tuesday, July 12, at 1 p.m., and Thursday, Aug. 11, at 7 p.m., with an additional session held on Tuesday, Aug. 9, at St. John the Baptist Church in Montello at 7 p.m.
A choral reading session will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 2, at 7 p.m., at the Bishop O’Connor Catholic Center.
