Questions about Justice Department decision

On April 2, 2009
Eulalia Ruetten, Madison

Dear Shirley Abrahamson,

I wish to know what your position is regarding the decision made by the Wisconsin Department of Justice to file a criminal charge against Madame Julie Thao in connection with the death of a patient at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison.

1) Do you agree with this decision of the Department of Justice to file this lawsuit?

2) Do you disagree with this decision of the Department of Justice to file this lawsuit?

3) Do you have no opinion one way or another?

A prompt response would be appreciated.

Eulalia Ruetten, Madison, retired nurse
