DARLINGTON — Holy Rosary Parish is getting ready for its annual Christmas Blessings program. In past years, many have benefited from this program that helps those in need during the Christmas season.
Letters explaining the program, along with Christmas “Wish Lists” for Darlington residents, are now being distributed by Darlington food pantries, Lafayette County Human Services, Lafayette County Nurses Office, WIC, Head Start, and Darlington Schools. These forms need to be completed and turned into “Christmas Blessings” c/o Holy Rosary Church, 104 E. Harriet St., by November 1.
Those in need of assistance who have not received this information may contact one of the distributing agencies.
If you are able to help by donating gifts to a family or individual, contact Holy Rosary Parish office at 608-776-4059 after November 1.
There are Christmas Blessings programs taking place in neighboring cities/towns as well. Contact local schools or agencies for the contact person for your area.
