MADISON — St. Thomas Aquinas Parish will host a Family Fun(d) Night, “Heads, Shoulders, Kneelers, Toes,” on Saturday, May 2, beginning after the 4:30 p.m. Mass in the social hall and gathering area, 602 Everglade Dr. This family-centered event will help to raise funds to purchase new kneelers for the church.
Tickets are $15 per person, $25 a couple, or $40 for families with parents and children under 18 years of age.
The event will include food, drinks, and games for the whole family, such as a Minnow Race, in which participants cheer a minnow down a racing lane to victory; Junk in the Trunk; Buckets and Balls, where shooting balls takes on a new twist; a photo booth; and other fun games.There will also be a silent auction with items ranging from hotel stays to a football package for two to the UW v. Alabama game, including airfare, transfers, hotel, game tickets, and tailgate. A cash raffle with grand prize of $500, first prize of $250, and other cash awards will be held as well.
Tickets are available at St. Thomas Aquinas Church and will also be sold before and after Masses until the event and at the door on May 2.
