St. Aloysius graduate seeks kidney transplant

On July 19, 2022July 19, 2022
Catholic Herald Staff
Luke Ringelstetter

Luke Ringelstetter, age 34, is suffering greatly from kidney failure and Crohn’s disease.

He is not doing well on dialysis and is in need of a kidney transplant.

He is a graduate of St. Aloysius School in Sauk City and a 2006 graduate of Sauk Prairie High School.

He is the son of Kay and Nick Ringelstetter of Prairie du Sac and they both have been declined as organ donors.

For those who could consider donation uwhealth.org/canibeadonor or share the link with others.

Indicate Luke Ringelstetter’s name in the appropriate area.

Potential donors can pursue “remote donation” anywhere in the US and don’t need to match with Luke as they have a pairing program where Luke could be paired with another match.

Matches can go to www.donorcarenet.org/support-and-protections for reimbursement for wages, travel, and additional needs

Pray for Luke and share this with others.
