Don’t use tax and tuition money to fund abortions

On February 19, 2009February 14, 2024
James Pawlak, West Allis

To my elected state officials:

It appears that the regents of the University of Wisconsin have approved using UW medical facilities to perform second-trimester abortions. That means they are using the tax dollars and tuition moneys of persons very much opposed to such acts of child abuse and murder.

I think it is now well past the time to have the people directly elect those regents and let direct-democracy express the will of the people as to their actions. Until that rational action is taken, the legislature can and must overturn the noted decision.

James Pawlak, West Allis
