Publishing letter legitimizes ‘nonsense’

On April 11, 2019February 2, 2023
Emily Meyer

To the editor:

Thank you so much for printing a Mr. Donald Hudzinski’s analysis that sex education leads to sex trafficking in the Mailbag section last week.

I also have some enlightening facts I’d like to share with the Catholic Herald readership. Did you know that eating a watermelon seed will cause one to grow in your stomach? Are you aware that when a young boy kisses a girl she will contract cooties? Be careful of rolling your eyes, they will get stuck that way!

It is no wonder my fellow millennial Catholics are leaving the Church in droves when a Catholic publication will legitimize such abject nonsense by putting it in print. Shame on you.
