Rev. Msgr. James Bartylla, Vicar General, announces the following permission granted by Most Reverend Robert C. Morlino, Bishop of Madison:

Sister Patricia Mary Josephine Vinje, consecrated virgin and anchoress in the Diocese of Madison under the guidance of the diocesan bishop, per canons 603 and 604, transferring from the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, effective immediately.
