Msgr. James Bartylla announces the following priest appointments made by Most Reverend Donald J. Hying, Bishop of Madison, effective June 25, 2019:
• Rev. Msgr. James Bartylla, to Vicar General, per canon 475 §1.
• Rev. Fr. Gabi López-Betanzos, JCL, confirmed in his existing office as Judicial Vicar of the Diocese of Madison, per canon 1420, for the remainder of his five-year term, remaining as parochial vicar, St. John the Baptist Parish, Waunakee, and St. Mary of the Lake, Westport.
