MONONA — Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish is featuring a concert with its newly-installed organ on Saturday, June 27, at 7:30 p.m. at the church, 5101 Schofield St.
The Rodgers digital & Schaefer pipe hybrid organ will be played by guest organist Dr. Ezequiel Menendez. Menendez is the director of music and organist for the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Hartford, Conn.
Following the concert will be a reception with light refreshments and beverages. The concert and reception are free, although goodwill offerings will be accepted and appreciated. All money will go toward maintaining the organ.
